Academic background: Bachelor in Journalism

Journalistic experience: Mostly working as an editor and researcher at a television/radio/podcast/online program about the nature (Vroege Vogels) for the Dutch public broadcaster (BNNVARA).
I also did an internship as an editor and researcher at a travel tv-program (3 Op Reis) and a program on people with disabilities and their problems (Minister van Gehandicaptenzaken).
I have also worked as a reporter for local newspapers.

Writing skills (English): Intermediate, still have to get used to writing in English and I think I can use some help (from Google Translate and people who are more experienced in writing in English)

Data and graphic skills: Only experience with Adobe Photoshop.

I have used Excel (spreadsheets): Yes, but only the super easy things. 

I have used Python: No.

I use other programming languages: No.

Audio, video, editing and publishing skills: A few years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress and some other CMS (Content Management Systems)

Special interests/knowledge relevant for research/investigative journalism: Nature, climate change, biodiversity etc.

Other skills/hobbies: Photography, exploring nature, running, reading, having fun with friends.

I think I will be able to support my fellow students with: Video/audio editing and my journalism experience.
